Library Kitchen & Bar Well Worth the Wait
Library Kitchen & Bar had a grand opening early 2017 after a lengthy renovation of the 160 year-old Sapphire Valley Library. The restaurant was well worth the wait, and we are sure it will be a very popular choice this season. In addition to their beautiful dining room, their next phase is outdoor dining which they hope to have in full swing soon.
The Library features an open concept kitchen that is truly special. Thank you to Marvin Gralnick and Chef Johannes Klapdohr for trusting FRS Asheville with your design vision and equipment needs.
