Upper Crust Pizzeria Opens in Columbia
A new pizzeria, Upper Crust, opened in Columbia on March 17th, and FRS Columbia enjoyed being involved in the project. Owner Beth Burrell took over an existing pizza restaurant, updated some equipment, revamped the menu and re-branded it as Upper Crust. We completed the project on March 3rd and supplied back bar refrigeration, outdoor tables and smallwares.
Featuring California style wood-fired pizzas, Upper Crust is located in Polo Towne Center at 843-4 Polo Road in Northeast Columbia. Patrons can create their own pizzas or select from an array of specialty pizzas. In addition, the menu includes appetizers, sandwiches, fresh salads and quesadillas. Upper Crust will be open 11 am to 9 pm Tuesday-Saturday and will feature a Sunday brunch from 10 am to 3 pm.
